IDEATION CHALLENGE

We are glad to be back with a new edition of our Ideation Challenge series. This year we will be gathering for a new LVMH ideation challenge to imagine innovative Retail & Distribution solutions that leverage data and artificial intelligence.

The top talents from 10 Maisons of the LVMH Group will work together to demonstrate that innovation and collective intelligence will build the future of our in-store experiences.

We’re excited to discover these unique business use cases, and notably the one that will be chosen for a joint development program with LVMH.

An ideation challenge can also be called an innovation competition.

It takes place as a sprint-like innovation competition that encourages creative thinking to define new use cases and solutions about a specific topic as a team.

In order to achieve this, you will successfully get through several innovation workshops, using several new tools.

Each team will receive support from Special Mentors:

Agile coach

To accompany you throughout the different innovation workshops.

Designer coach

To help you bring your solution to life via a first prototype.

Your team

Business mentor

To share their specific retail and in-store experience and knowledge.

Data mentor

To guide you on the use and technicality of AI and data.

This challenge offers a unique collaborative experience, the chance to learn new ways of working, to share skills and to take part in the LVMH development! But also...

Financial Help

The winning team will receive up to €30,000 in sponsorships to turn the business case into a reality in 2022.

Joint development

LVMH will support the implementation of the winning team’s project with both its resources and frameworks.

Visibility

The winning team’s project will be broadcasted to a broad audience across the group (C-Levels, Internal Community Events, Catalogue of Use-Cases, etc)

The competition will take place over 3 days in the afternoons (14h-18h CET):

Day 1 | 9 May

Day 2 | 11 May

Day 3 | 13 May
